IMMACULATE PAIRING
This is a tale about a snail and a whale. They don't have names because they're creatures but their being has a life-fulfilling message for us. Let's begin with where they met during Darwin Weekend in Atlanta. It was in a symposium about insomnia where the key was squashing anxiety using diaphragmatic breathing. It was an instant connection perhaps even love at first sight. They continued their relationship in various rendezvous where they discussed their backgrounds, like the whale going into his ancestors being slaughtered by whalers in New Bedford, MA. The snail talked about the horror his folks endured as escargot on the menus of elegant eateries.
They took their friendship to a higher level during the global pandemic of the 20s when they found an isolated fjord to reside in Nantucket where they happily cohabit today. You can message them on their Flaccidbook page - - they post under the name Gracious "Libby" Doe.
The moral of this pairing is despite the differences in their sizes and their origins, they discovered love really does make the world go round. They remind us that this is the day the Lord of All gave us and if we take what this day has given us we just may find as we close our eyes at night that there's a tingle in our area.
